Our principles
1
Independence and objectivity
We are committed to exercising our professional activity with diligence, independence and objectivity. We are independent in that our remuneration structure is free from any element that could compromise our objectivity of judgment.
2
Eligibility
Before providing investment advice or making investments for you, we consider your financial experience, your risk profile, your return objectives as well as any personal constraints. We help you achieve your financial goals by protecting your assets from unnecessary risks. An investment is deemed suitable for you when, in the context of your overall portfolio, it respects your financial situation and is consistent with your personal objectives and constraints. We periodically review and update this information.
3
Diligence and reasonable foundation
We use diligence, independence and precision in the analysis of investments as well as in consultancy and investment activities. Having a reasonable and adequate foundation, supported by appropriate research and investigations, is an essential condition for any analysis, recommendation or execution of investments.
4
Efficiency
We offer you a competitive remuneration scheme aligned with your goals. We use efficient investment vehicles as well as individual securities in our mandates. We ensure an impeccable execution of the investment instructions.
Operative model
Our advantages
Unlike most asset management companies, Albula Advisors offers the client the opportunity to work in “advisory”. This means that investment decisions are discussed and shared with the customer who has the last word and therefore responsibility for the investment decision.
Alternatively, the Customer can grant Albula Advisors a discretionary asset management mandate, thus completely delegating the asset allocation to Albula Advisors.
The customer is free to choose his trusted bank.
The Customer gives us an administrative power of attorney on his banking relationship, which allows us to manage his assets and to carry out investment operations, such as the purchase and sale of securities. We have no power, based on this limited administrative power of attorney, to withdraw or transfer funds from your account. We also receive a copy of the bank correspondence which we scrupulously check and keep for you.
